Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This explains what personal information Adz Fitness collects when you use this website or get in touch, what it is used for, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Adz Fitness is a personal training service run by Adam F Hughes, training at Snap Fitness, Maidstone, and online. Adam is responsible for your personal information (the “data controller”).
Email: [email protected] · Phone: 07388 480392
What information we collect
If you use the enquiry form or contact Adam directly, we may receive:
- your name and the contact detail you give (email, phone number or Instagram handle);
- the service you are interested in, your preferred time and how you would like Adam to reply;
- anything you choose to write about your goals, experience, questions or preferred location;
- anything you send by WhatsApp, phone, Instagram or email.
Please don’t put medical or health details in the enquiry form. If you want to share health information so your training can be planned safely, tell Adam directly. Health information is more sensitive and should be handled with extra care.
How the enquiry form works
Nothing you type into this website is kept on the website. The form does not send your details to our servers and does not store them. When you press “Send enquiry via WhatsApp”, your device opens WhatsApp with a message already written from what you typed. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp, and you can edit or delete the message first.
Once sent, the message is handled by WhatsApp (part of Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. Calls, Instagram messages and emails are likewise handled by those services.
Why we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and answer your questions;
- to discuss coaching options and arrange sessions or online check-ins if you decide to go ahead;
- to keep a record of our conversations.
This is done because you have asked us to get in touch about coaching, and for our legitimate interest in running the business and replying to people who contact us. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We don’t share your information with anyone else except the services you use to contact us (WhatsApp, Instagram, your email provider and phone network), and the website’s hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses for security and to keep the site running.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load third-party scripts or fonts. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, you will be asked for consent first.
How long we keep it
This website does not keep your details. Messages you send by WhatsApp, Instagram, phone or email are kept only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or provide your coaching, and you can ask us to delete them at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- restrict or stop how we use it, or object to it;
- give you your information in a portable format, where this applies.
To make a request, including asking us to delete what we hold, email [email protected] with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will reply as soon as we can and within the legal time limit.
If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
